About the Artist

Joy is a South London based artist and printmaker. Her practice is based upon using her body as a tool for mark making. She explores themes of health, disability and the grief surrounding chronic illness. Often in her work, Joy seeks to find moments or happiness and stillness, the importance of marking the now. Joy is currently lithography fellow at Camberwell College of Arts, is a member of 2 collectives and is exhibiting this October at Lewisham Arthouse.
