About the Artist:
Jake Fisk is a multidisciplinary artist who graduated with First-Class Honours from the Slade School of Art in 2020 and has since studied at the Royal Drawing School. Process and feeling are central to both his questioning and making. Recently he has been exploring the materiality of clay, stone, drawing and place and their malleability and immediacy in connection to the body. His works are reactive, aiming to situate themselves at the intersection of sculpture, space, flatness and surface with emphasis on the emotional and tactile experience.
