Moe Redish : Patchwork Collage
Moe Redish : Patchwork Collage
Following the development of Moe Redish's Patchwork timber process, which includes larger furnishings, this is a range of collages using the same process to produce subtly 3-dimensional artworks, carefully framed to match the offset nature of the pieces themselves. Showing off the variety of grains, textures and colours in timber.
The featured pieces are part of an on-going project.

About the Artist
Moe Redish is an artist, designer and maker working in wood and glass. His work is process-driven, usually beginning by taking a traditional craft and deconstructing its composing elements to achieve an alternative outcome.
Moe’s journey into design and craftsmanship began when he opted for carpentry as his trade of choice. A turbulent school experience led him to explore the hands-on world of construction trades, where he quickly fell in love with the intricate details of woodworking. Gradually transitioning from carpentry to furniture and design, he discovered his true passion for working with wood.
He was born in Brighton and moved to London to study Furniture and product design at London Metropolitan University. He has since returned to Brighton, East Sussex.
He has produced work for companies such as SCP, Joined + Jointed, John Lewis and the V&A and exhibited at 100% Design, London Design Festival and Clerkenwell Design Week.
